The Independent Contractors listed are not associated with the HOA. The HOA does not sponsor or recommend them. Owners and Residents that hire them to perform work tasks do so at their own risk. Owners and Residents must perform their own due diligence. If any damage to HOA property occurs due the Independent Contractor the Owner or the Resident's Owner that hired the Independent Contractor shall be responsible for such damage, and shall reimburse the HOA for the costs of the damages.
